Culinary Delights Of Siem Reap

We have the most delicious food every day of our stay so far. Many of the restaurants in which we have eaten offer training in food prep, cooking and hospitality to local people and often to those in particularly vulnerable situations.

The Fushion Kitchen, Soria Moria. Weds is Training Night ...all tapas and drinks $1USD.

Incredible Creme Brûlée with delicious biscuits at Marum (building futures for marginalised youth).

Cheddar, pear and Walnut salad with ginger, lemongrass and mint juice @BluePumpkin.

Spare ribs with lemongrass and chicken cooked in green tea with honey and orange glaze @Marum.

Not so tempting local delicacies @Marum.

Eggs Bene-licious @SisterShrey ...training restaurant.

Coconut juice straight from the shell.

The Red Piano.

@New Hope Cambodia training restaurant at Beng Mealea temple...afternoon tea.

Local delicacies at Channy's parents house.

Viva Mexico.

Breakfast trifle @Sister Shrey...training restaurant.

If it's Wednesday it must be Tapas!
